Highmark Health Options & Ivira Health are committed to help members manage their blood pressure and cholesterol.

Once eligible members are enrolled in our remote blood pressure monitoring program, they will be sent a smart blood pressure monitor so they can check their blood pressure from the comfort of their home. Readings will automatically be sent to Ivira, where our clinical team will monitor closely.

For eligible members enrolled in the cholesterol management program, Ivira’s team will work with members’ providers with the goal of optimizing cholesterol levels through medication recommendations and lifestyle management.
